BARRISTER ALOY EJIMAKOR DISAPPOINTED IN APPEAL COURT FAILURE TO HEAR SUIT ON IPOB PROSCRIPTION TODAY

• Abuja | 12 October 2022

Barrister Aloy Ejimakor expressed his disappointment to the Appeal Court’s failure to hear suit on IPOB proscription by the Federal Government of Nigeria today, 12th October 2022, in Abuja and subsequent adjournment of the case to 7th of March 2023.

Barrister Aloy Ejimakor appeared at the Appeal Court alongside Barrister Umeh (SAN) for the suit that was scheduled to be held today on proscription of IPOB, and the motion for leave to join Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as a beneficiary party in the appeal only to be stunned by the absent of the Appeal Justices in court.

This development did not go down well with Barrister Umeh (SAN) and Barrister Aloy Ejimakor who described it as "unacceptable."

No statement on the next line of action from Barrister Aloy Ejimakor at the time of report.

Barrister Aloy Ejimakor's services has been very effective for his client Mazi Nnamdi Kanu since the later was kidnapped in Kenya and smuggled into Nigeria by the State Security Service of Nigeria known as DSS in a barbaric act of extraordinary rendition.

Recall that Aloy Ejimakor won a case for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), at Umuahia High Court few months ago and on verge of delivering another victory at the same Court in the next couple of weeks as scheduled.

Stay tuned with us for more news on this and other developments.
