Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s case of extraordinary rendition was heard today, 04/10/22, at the Federal High Court, in Umuahia, Abia Province of Biafraland.
Barrister Aloy Ejimakor is the leading counsel and had filled the case since May 2022. After much argument today between Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer, and the defence counsel of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Justice Evelyn Anyadike of the FHC Umuahia scheduled 27th October 2022 for the final ruling of the case.
Barrister Aloy Ejimakor had earlier objected to the November date proposed by Justice Evelyn Anyadike before 24th of October was agreed by both parties for the final ruling.
